Shawna P. Hamilton, M.D. joined Family Care Partners in August 2009. She was born and raised in Chattanooga, TN. She received her B.A. in Chemistry from Vanderbilt University and went on to receive her medical degree from James H. Quillen College of Medicine at East Tennessee State University. Dr. Hamilton completed her Pediatric Residency at the University of Florida program at Shands and Wolfson Children's Hospital. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has been in private practice for the past 8 yrs here in Jacksonville, Florida before joining Family Care Partners.

Dr. Hamilton is an avid sports fan and also enjoys attending local music and theatre events. She loves spending time with her friends and family especially her lovely niece, Jamisen.
