Razvan Balotescu, MD joined Family Care Partners in May 2008. He was born in Romania and attended Medical School there. He did clinical rotations at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL and the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL. His Internal Medicine Residency training was a Yale affiliated program in Danbury, CT in 1998-2001. Razvan passed the Internal Medicine Board in the top 10 percent in 2001. He practiced in an outpatient/inpatient setting near Buffalo, NY from 2002-2007. He moved to Jacksonville in 2007 and worked as a hospitalist at Orange Park and Memorial Hospital.

Razvan is married and enjoys spending time with family, photography, biking, and playing tennis.
