Julianni Zaiden, M.D. was born in Belize, Central America and moved to the U.S. in 1997. She is bilingual, being fluent in both English and Spanish.
Dr. Zaiden received her BS in Biochemistry (Summa Cum Laude) at Regis University in Denver, Colorado in 1999, and her M.D. from St. Matthews University School of Medicine in 2005. She completed her Family Medicine residency at St. Vincent's Medical Center here in Jacksonville from 2005 – 2008, serving as Chief Resident during her last year of training.
Dr. Zaiden is board certified in family medicine and in the true spirit of family medicine, she sees patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly. She believes in a team approach to medicine, and practices a "prevention is better than cure" strategy to patient care. As such, she encourages her patients to live healthy lifestyles.
Dr. Zaiden is married and has one daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.
