Jaya Krishna M.D. joined Family Care Partners in September 2009. Dr. Krishna was born and raised in Fiji. She went to medical school in Fiji, did her first year of residency at Medical College of Georgia in Augusta and her last 2 years at Satilla Regional Medical Center in Waycross, Georgia. Dr. Krishna graduated in June of 2009. She is a member of AAFP.

Dr. Krishna is married with 2 children. Her interests include cooking and spending time with her husband and children.

Dr. Krishna feels that it is very important to have a very good professional relationship with her patients. She also feels it is very important to listen to her patient and respect the patient's culture. It is also important to treat a patient as a whole not only their disease.
