Jane McSweeney, MSN, PNP joined Family Care Partners in 2003. She has been a pediatric nurse for more than 25 years and a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for more than 15, graduating from The Ohio State University and the University of Florida. She has experience working with children and families dealing with diabetes and other endocrine disorders, and is a founding member of Jacksonville's annual day camp for children with diabetes. Originally from Ohio, Jane and her husband h raised 2 sons and have lived in Jacksonville for more than 20 years.
