Floridian, Dr. Dale Fralicker, Founder of Intaplex, has more than 24 years experience in the medical field. He was educated at West Virginia University - B.A ('72 - '75) and University of South Florida - M.D. ('76 - '79). Dr. Fralicker completed his Residency/Internship at St. Vincent's Medical Center in 1982. As a Physician, he has served this community at the following institutions: Ponte Vedra Square Health Center (1982 - 1983), North Beaches Family Practice (1983 - 1985), Ocean Acute and Family Practice (1985 - 1997), Baptist/St. Vincent's Primary Care (1997 - 2000) and from January, 1992 to December, 1992 served as Chief of Family Practice at the Baptist Medical center Beaches' Department of Family Medicine. From June, 2000 to the present time, Dr. Fralicker has been providing valuable services and medical care to the residents of Jacksonville and beyond.
