Dr. Warren joined Family Care Partners in 2004 and opened the FCP Argyle Division in 2006. He is originally from South Carolina. Dr. Warren completed undergraduate training at The University of Florida and received his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed residency training in Family Practice at the Naval Hospital Jacksonville and is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice. He also completed a fellowship in Faculty Development and research at The University of North Carolina. Dr. Warren is a Diplomat of the American Academy of Family Physicians and a member of the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association.

Prior to joining Family Care Partners, Dr. Warren completed a 24-year career in the U.S. Navy, which included submarine duty and overseas duty as well as hospital, clinic and teaching assignments. Dr. Warren and his family have been residents in the Orange Park area for 14 years. He enjoys family related activities and close involvement with his children’s activities at school and outside of school.

Dr. Warren believes in a compassionate approach to the patient, a thorough evaluation of the medical problem and above all, a focus on prevention of disease before it occurs.
