Tennessee born, Dr. Anthony Underwood, D.O. has over 21 years experience in the medical field and has spent most it serving the Jacksonville community. He is Board Certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Underwood received his B.S. degree from Ohio State University in 1975, his M.S. from Wright State University in 1982 and completed his D.O. at the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Ohio University in 1988. He interned at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital and completed his residency at St. Vincent's Family Practice in 1992.

His Professional Associations include the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Florida Board of Family Physicians.
